The Krewe of Gambrinus holds a Second Line parade starting at 3 p.m. Saturday at Homer City Hall in recognition of all the local people who have died this year, including Krewe members Tarri Thurman, Marlon Prazen, Elisa Russ and Zan Greenwood. After a brisk walk on Pioneer Avenue, the procession will end at Kharacters. 

In New Orleans style, you may carry an umbrella and twirl a white handkerchief.
