At 4:10 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance. No crime had occurred.

At 1:28 p.m., officers responded to the report of one vehicle backing into a parked vehicle. The damage was minimal and there were no injuries.
At 7:32 p.m., a Homer man reported he feels like he’s the victim of stalking. No crime had occurred.
At 1:50 p.m., officers responded to the report of trespassing. No crime had occurred.
At 4:06 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance. officers assisted medics in transporting one individual to the hospital. No crime occurred.
At 6:40 a.m., officers assisted an outside agency.
At 10:25 a.m., a caller reported someone attempted to enter their home.
At 2:42 p.m., a caller reported suspected drug activity.
At 3:23 p.m., a caller reported a third-party report of sexual assault.
At 6:53 p.m., a caller reported a male in Homer was sending explicit photographs to a minor.
At 10:18 p.m., officers arrested a 32-year-old Wasilla man for DUI.

At 3:17 a.m., officers assisted the fire department.
At 11:44 a.m., a third-party caller reported a disturbance.
At 8:52 p.m., a caller reported an assault after-the-fact.
March 1
At 9 p.m., officers received a report of the fraudulent use of a credit card. This case is under investigation.
March 2
At 1:45 p.m., officers responded to an expected home death. Nothing suspicious was observed.
At 3:33 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance. No crime had occurred.
At 5:16 p.m., an officer served court documents on a Homer citizen.

At 1:06 p.m., officers investigated a theft report. No crime had occurred.
Alaska State Troopers
Feb. 28
Alaska State Troopers conducted a welfare check at a residence on the Old Sterling Highway in Anchor Point. Subsequent investigation determined a 42-year-old woman had assaulted her domestic partner. She was arrested and remanded to Homer Jail for third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, and two counts of violating conditions of release.
Criminal Dispositions
Feb. 23
Gavreel Reutov, 49, charges dismissed, refusal to submit to chemical test. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
Valerie Kansas Mcdole, 38, charges dismissed, fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended (previous conviction).
Brenna Marie Burris, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence .
Feb. 25
Stephanie Maureen Golant, 43, charges dismissed, third-degree assault (cause fear of injury w/ weap). She pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
Charles William Tangman, 41, charges dismissed, abandonment unlawful. He pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended (prev conviction).
John Meredith Padgett Jr., 33, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence).
Halen Shale Nordstrom, 18, pleaded guilty to negligent driving.
Nikki Rae Gaedecke, 37, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended (previous conviction).
