At 5:41 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance. No crime had occurred.
At 10:57 a.m., a Homer resident reported a fraudulent use of his bank account. This case is under investigation.
At 12:36 p.m., officers performed a welfare check.
At 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the report of a missing 9-year-old child. The child was located and no crime had occurred.
At 9:30 p.m., a Homer man was issued a summons for driving while license revoked.
March 13
At 8:52 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance.
At 9:17 p.m., a resident requested a person be trespassed from their property.
At 10:10 p.m., officers contacted a 33-year-old Anchorage man during a traffic stop. The man was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest, charging him with failure to comply with conditions of release.
At 11:13 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance.

At 5:41 a.m., officers responded to an alarm call, which was a false alarm.
At 3:16 p.m., a Homer business reported that a man previously trespassed from their business had returned. The man left prior to the officers’ arrival.
At 9:33 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance. No crime had occurred.
At 11:54 p.m., officers assisted Alaska State Troopers.
March 17
At 10:53 a.m., officers assisted the Kenai Probation office.
At 6:43 p.m., officers transported a person to the hospital with medical problems.

At about 11:50 p.m., Alaska State Troopers saw a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed near Mile 163 Sterling Highway. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Big Lake man, for one count of driving under the influence. He was was remanded to the Homer Jail.

Caroline Nicole Levielle, 30, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault (recklessly injure) and fifth-degree criminal mischief (tamper with property).
Halen Donovan Ryland, 24, charges dismissed, driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended.
March 11
Chelsea Amber Jones, 41, charges dismissed, second-degree misconduct involving weapons (fire gun at dwelling), fourth-degree assault (cause fear of injury), fourth-degree theft (less than $250), and three counts of violating condition of release for felony. She pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief (property damage $250-$749), second-degree harassment (offensive physical contact), violating condition of release for felony, and two counts of false information or report.
Shannon Marcel Larch, 55, charges dismissed, driving under the influence. He pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Britney Anne Barrett, 31, charge dismissed, violating conditions of release for misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and violating conditions of release for misdemeanor).
Jessy J Ackerman, 36, charge dismissed, fourth-degree theft (less than $250).
Victoria Lleigh Major, 32, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended.
Neal L Reutov, 35, pleaded guilty to theft with more than three prior convictions withing the past five years.
Michael Louis Ellington, 56, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment (offensive physical contact).
March 13
Ted Moses Whitman, 33, charges dismissed, violating conditions of release for misdemeanor and second-degree disorderly conduct (loud noise). He pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief (damage under $250), three counts of violating conditions of release for misdemeanor, and resisting or interfering with arrest by force.
