March 22
Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point seized a handgun from a 61-year-old man. Troopers said the man had a prior felony conviction and was unable to be in possession of concealable firearms. He was issued a Felony summons to appear in Homer Court and released.
March 26
Alaska State Troopers at 4:30 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 39-year-old Anchorage woman near Mile 142.5 Sterling Highway. Troopers found the woman operated a vehicle with a suspended license and issued her a summons for driving while license suspended.
March 29
Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point received a report that an individual had violated his conditions of release. Subsequent investigation determined that a 53-year-old man had run away from his third-party custodian. Charges have been filed against the man for violating conditions of release.
March 30
Alaska State Troopers responded to an address in Happy Valley for a report of a disturbance. Subsequent investigation determined that a 50-year-old woman had assaulted a family member. She was arrested and remanded to Homer Jail on a count of fourth-degree assault.
Homer Police
March 25
At 9:37 a.m., officers were advised of a pending trespass issue that did not materialize.
At 2:04 p.m., a 17-year-old Homer youth was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. The boy was transported to the Division of Juvenile Justice in Kenai.
At 6:19 p.m., a sexual assault was reported to the police. Case is under active investigation.
At 9:38 p.m., a Homer man was arrested and booked into the Homer City Jail for driving while license revoked.
March 27
At 10:03 p.m., officers were dispatched to an assist agency call along with Homer Volunteer Fire Department.
Officers contacted a male in the woods after it was reported he had a fire going. The man was trespassed from the private property for one year.
March 28
At 10:08 a.m., officers were dispatched to a theft in the 900 block of Sterling Highway. A business owner reported a theft of his property. Owner indicated that he will review camera footage and advise HPD.
At 10:21 p.m., a citizen reported possible drug activity in the 4100 block of Mattox Road. officers responded and conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old male for a sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance charge.
At 11:47 p.m., officers responded to the 4600 block of Rochelle Road on a welfare check call. officers found the person to be fine and not needing any assistance.
March 30
At 4:37 a.m., officers responded to the 3600 block of Lake Drive for a report of water coming from the sidewalk.
At 10:10 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Rangeview Avenue for a female on the side of the road asking for assistance. officers contacted this person’s family and they assisted the woman.
At 6:25 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of W. Fairview for an animal call, where a party alleged that there were some aggressive dogs that were left outdoors. officers contacted the owner of the dogs and they were promptly brought back inside.
At 8:05 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of the Sterling Highway for a report of a trespassing male. Officers arrived and found/arrested a 67-year-old Fairbanks man for trespass. He was booked into the Homer Jail without incident.
At 9:09 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Ocean Drive for a disorderly conduct call. After investigation, a 42-year-old Waring, Texas man was arrested and booked into the jail without incident.
At 9:57 p.m., officers responded to the 90 block of the Sterling Highway for a male seen lying on the sidewalk. Upon contacted, the male declined any assistance from police or medics.

Christopher Richard Smith, 33, charges dismissed, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (bac .08+ percent).
Lorelei Massey Reece, 32, charge dismissed, violating domestic violence protective order. She pleaded guilty to third-degree assault (committed fourth-degree assault with two or more convictions).
Jamin Leigh Miller, 44, charges dismissed, incest. He pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse of a minor (penetration under 18) and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor (contact).
Jason J Kellum, 52, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (bac .08+ percent).
James Drew Weber, 28, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended for criminal offense.
March 20Marcus Antone Wilson, 24, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault (cause fear of injury). He pleaded guilty to third-degree assault (cause injury with weapon).
Abigail Grayce Testa, 34, charges dismissed, fourth-degree theft (less than $250).
March 23Emilie Sara J H Springer, 48, charges dismissed, second-degree criminal trespass (vehicle) and two counts of violating conditions of release for misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment (likely to provoke violence).
March 24
Daniel Joseph O’Phelan, 62, was acquitted after trial of two counts of first-degree sexual assault (penetration without consent), four counts of second-degree sexual assault (contact without consent), and one count of interfering with official proceedings (bribing a witness).
June Key Yoo Muscent Denver, 42, charges dismissed, second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises), second-degree indecent exposure (victim 16+), and two counts of violating conditions of release for misdemeanor.
Abigail Grayce Testa, 34, charges dismissed, fourth-degree theft (less than $250), concealment of merchandise (value $250–$749), and second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises).
Peter Lee Yannakoureas, 28, charges dismissed, fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises), and violating conditions of release for misdemeanor.
Ryan James Nye, 45, charges dismissed, driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended (prev conviction).
Alexander Jonathan Sievers, 56, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault (recklessly injure).
March 25
Emily May Harmon, 54, charges dismissed, two counts of violating conditions of release for misdemeanor (Counts 3 and 4). She pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises) and violating conditions of release for misdemeanor (Count 2).
Wade Lee Wunderlich, 23, charges dismissed, fourth-degree theft (less than $250).
Cody Alan Anderson, 33, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (bac .08+ percent).
March 26
Laurie Ann Farmer, 64, charges dismissed, first-degree criminal trespass (on land, intend crime) and second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises). She pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted misconduct involving a controlled substance (manufacture/deliver), fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance (possession), driving under the influence, fourth-degree theft (less than $250), and violating condition of release for felony.
