June 26
At 10:45 p.m., the Alaska State Troopers received a 911 call about a disturbance in Anchor Point. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old Anchor Point woman for one count of DV Assault in the 4th Degree and one count of Violation of Conditions of Release. She was transported to the Homer Jail for remand.
June 28
At 4:01 p.m., troopers stopped a vehicle after an anonymous caller reported the vehicle as a “report every dangerous driver immediately” and the trooper recognized the driver as a 41-year-old Anchor Point man who did not have a valid license. He was given a summons to appear for driving with a suspended license and released.

June 26
At 8:23 a.m., officers responded to the 4800 Block of West Hill Rd for a 911 Hang-up call. As a result, a 35-year-old Homer woman was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release (VCOR) and booked into the Homer Jail.
At 9:56 a.m., officers contacted a resident in the 53000 Block of Freeman Lane for an Assist Agency call. HPD assisted Alaska State Troopers with the initial taking of this call.
At 12:51 p.m., officers responded to the 3400 Block of Morris Dr for a Civil Issue call. The incident was documented, and all parties were advised of their options on how to legally proceed.
At 3:43 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 Block of Ocean Dr for a Theft call. An inmate in a correctional facility was upset because the money he gave to his friend to bail him out was used for other purposes. The incident was documented.
At 6:21 p.m., officers responded to the 4200 Block of Ronda St for a Welfare Check call. officers responded.
At 7:47 p.m., officers responded to the area of Lake St & Krueth Way for an Assist Agency call. HPD assisted HVFD with a medical call.
June 27
At 1:15 a.m., officers responded to the 3200 Block of Sterling Hwy for a MVC with a moose. The incident was documented and the moose was donated.
At 2:35 a.m., officers responded to the area of Bonanza Ave and Heath St for a Traffic call. As a result, a 20-year-old Jamaica woman was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Eluding.
At 5:29 a.m., officers responded to the 500 Block of Sterling Hwy for a Property call. Initially thinking his backpack had been stolen, the reporting party called back and indicated that he had found it. No further action was required.
At 10:33 a.m., officers responded to the 3800 Block of Jennifer Place for a Civil Issue. The reporting party was looking for advice on a landlord/tenant issue. The incident was documented and they were advised of their options.
At 12:06 p.m., officers assisted with medical paperwork at the Police Station.
At 5:34 p.m., officers responded to the 200 Block of Sterling Hwy for a Traffic call. As a result, a 39-year-old Homer man was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Felony DUI.
At 9:31 p.m., officers responded to the 90 Block of Sterling Hwy for an Assault call. As a result, a 60-year-old Homer man was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Assault 4th.
At 11:33 p.m., officers responded to the 3100 Block of East End Rd for a Trespass call. As a result, a 37-year-old Homer woman was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Criminal Trespass 2nd.
June 28
At 3:38 a.m., officers responded to the area of Compass Dr and East End Rd for a Traffic call. As a result, a 30-year-old Homer man was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for DUI.
At 9:32 a.m., officers responded to the 1400 Block of Sterling Hwy for a Civil Issue call. The call was finally settled, and both parties were satisfied with the outcome.
At 3:59 p.m., officers responded to the 3800 Block of Sterling Hwy for a Suspicious Circumstance call. Officers contacted the reporting party and the call was documented. The party was advised of options.
At 9:45 p.m., officers responded to the 3600 Block of Ben Walter Ln for a Trespass call. The property owner called about a party who was violating their previous trespass warning. Case was documented and is being investigated.
June 29
At 8:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1400 Block of Ocean Dr for a Harassment call. As a result, one party was trespassed for 2 years from the complainant’s place of employment. No further action required.
At 9:22 a.m., officers responded to the area of East End Rd & East Hill Rd for an MVC call. The incident was documented. No injuries reported.
At 11:54 a.m., officers responded to the 200 Block of Ocean Drive Lp for a Trespass call. At the request of the property owner, the other party was trespassed for 2 years from the business location.
At 3:05 p.m., officers responded to the 90 Block of Sterling Hwy for a Trespass call. At the request of the property owner, a party was trespassed for 2 years from the business location.
At 3:42 p.m., officers responded to the 4200 Block of Homer Spit Rd for an MVC call. As a result, a 74-year-old Homer woman was arrested via summons for Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
At 9:47 p.m., officers responded to the area of East End Rd & Meadow Drive for a MVC call. Car vs. bicyclist. Incident was documented and HVFD responded to check on the bicyclist.
Criminal cases disposed
June 18
Samuel Casey Miller, 37, charges dismissed, refusal to submit to a chemical test. He pleaded guilty to reckless driving.
Sarah Krista Kirk, 37, charges dismissed, first-degree burglary (in a dwelling), fourth-degree theft (less than $250), and attempted fourth-degree theft (less than $250). (Note: The burglary charge was dismissed for no probable cause).
June 22
Paul Wayne Davis, 70, charges dismissed, third-degree assault (cause fear of injury w/ weapon) and reckless driving. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (alcohol or controlled substance).
Jahnie Alexia Legia Wednesday, 36, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault (recklessly injure), assault when child present, and second-degree unlawful contact (charged with a Class A misdemeanor/felony offense).
June 24
Dwight Posey, 43, charges dismissed, four counts of second-degree assault (intent to injure w/ weapon) and five counts of fourth-degree assault (recklessly injure). He pleaded guilty to third-degree assault (repeat threat of death/injury).
Christina Marie Brown, 60, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises) and driving while license cancelled, revoked, or suspended with a previous conviction.
Leif Isak Restad, 22, charges dismissed, fourth-degree criminal mischief (property damage $250–$749).
Shawn Ray Parnell, 54, charges dismissed, disorderly conduct (create hazardous condition).
June 25
James Herbert Eneboe, 58, charges dismissed, driving under the influence (bac .08+ percent).
June 26
Roxanne St Alia Kay Samples, 45, charges dismissed, second-degree criminal trespass (upon premises) and violating conditions of release for a misdemeanor. (Note: Dismissed via a plea agreement in another case).
June 29
Bud John Parkerson Scott, 49, charges dismissed, three counts of fourth-degree assault (recklessly injure).
Heather Bell Kapp, 43, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault (recklessly injure).
