Small group holds Labor Day protest

Homer Independent Press

About 25 people held a Labor Day protest on Monday at the corner of Lake Street and the Homer Bypass. Sponsored by Homer Women for Action, the protest honored American workers. People held signs critical of the very wealthy that read “Workers over billionaires” and “no bottle feeding billionaires.”

Typical of the left to be stir-sticks for divisive class warfare. What about all the billionaires who employ hundreds of thousands of people? People who can then be successful, feed/house themselves and care for their families rather than being dependent on taxpayer supported government welfare handouts.
As a side note there are several leftist billionaires who fund the NGO’s and foundations promoting class warfare while they themselves live “lifestyles of the rich and famous”. The very same NGO’s and foundations that are often connected to local community groups various protests.
