April 19
At 9:51 a.m., Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point received a report of a domestic disturbance near North Fork Road in Anchor Point. Upon further investigation, it was determined that a 37-year-old Anchor Point man was charged with a Terroristic Threatening in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 4th degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree, and Interfering with a Report of a Crime involving Domestic Violence against a family member. The man was arrested and transported to the Homer Jail without incident.
At 5:34 p.m., Troopers stopped a vehicle near mile 163 of the Sterling Highway for speeding. An investigation showed the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle to be a 15-year-old male who only had an instructional permit. The youth was issued a summons for driving in violation of an instructional permit and cited for speeding. Further investigation led to the male’s mother, a 52-year-old Anchor Point woman, being given a summons to appear for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.
April 21
At 10:22 Anchor Point Alaska State Troopers took the report of a disturbance in the Fritz Creek area just east of Homer. Troopers responded, and a subsequent investigation revealed that a 43-year-old male from Homer had assaulted his family member by placing them in fear of imminent physical injury when he attempted to forcibly gain entry into her residence and take her phone. The man was arrested and transported to Homer Jail for booking with no bail.

April 15
At 6:01 a.m., Officers responded to the 200 Block of City View to assist the Homer Volunteer Fire Department with a call.
At 11:42 a.m., Officers responded to the 5200 Block of Kachemak Drive to assist the Homer Volunteer Fire Department with a boat fire.
At 4:10 p.m., Officers made contact with a local resident at the police department who wanted to drop off some court documents.
April 16
At 12:13 p.m., Officers were contacted by a citizen in the 1900 block of Jakes Little Fireweed Lane regarding a report of online fraud/suspicious circumstances. No loss for the reporting party as they were advised to also report to the U.S. Government @IC3.GOV.
At 2:57 p.m., while the Homer Police Department was executing a search warrant, Officers found evidence of further criminal activity. The case is under investigation.
At 3:47 p.m., Officers responded to the 200 Block of Pioneer Ave. for a report of a Trespass that was occurring on a nearby trail.
At 11:17 p.m., Officers responded to the 48000 block of Murwood Avenue to assist Alaska State Troopers with a warrant arrest.
April 17
At 2:15 a.m., Officers responded to the 500 block of the Sterling Highway for a Domestic Violence Assault report. After an investigation, a 39-year-old female from Anchorage was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Assault IV, Domestic Violence, and Criminal Mischief in the third degree.
At 7:02 p.m., Officers responded to the 400 Block of Klondike Dr. for a Trespass report. After investigation, a 54-year-old female from Homer was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Criminal Trespass in the second degree.
At 7:30 p.m., Officers responded to the 500 Block of Fairview Ave. for a Warrant arrest call. As a result, a 64-year-old male from Homer was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Assault in the 3rd degree, and Disorderly Conduct.
At 10:57 p.m., Officers responded to the 500 Block of Sterling Highway for a Disorderly Conduct call. It was reported that an intoxicated male was screaming in the parking lot. After investigation, a 73-year-old man from Willow, AK was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for resisting or Interfering with Arrest, Criminal Trespass in the 2nd degree, and Disorderly Conduct.
April 18
At 2:44 p.m., Officers responded to the 700 Block of East End Road for a Driving Under the Influence call. After investigation, a 35-year-old female from Homer was arrested and booked into the Homer Jail for Driving Under the Influence.
April 19
At 2:05 p.m., as a result of a mutual aid request by Alaska State Troopers, Homer Police Department Officers responded to the 400 Block of Elderberry Drive to serve court documents.
At 6:35 p.m., Officers responded to the area of the Sterling Highway and Crittenden Drive, along with the Homer Volunteer Fire Department, for a report of a bicyclist involved in an accident. Upon arrival, the Officers found that the bicyclist, reported to have been “up and around” was gone.
April 20
At 9:09 a.m., Officers responded to 125 East Pioneer Avenue for a Trespass call. A male was trespassed from several locations in the city at the property owner’s request.
At 5:08 p.m., Officers served court documents on a citizen while at the police department at 625 Grubstake Avenue.
April 20
At 8:48 a.m., Officers responded to the 200 Block of Herndon for a Welfare Check report. Officers found the recipient of the check to be in good order.
At 9:33 a.m., Officers responded to the 500 Block of the Sterling Highway for a Trespass complaint. After investigating, it was determined that it was in fact a mental health issue and no trespass had occurred.
At 10:09 a.m., Officers responded to the 900 Block of Ocean Drive for a Civil issue. After investigation, this report was forwarded to Adult Protective Services for follow-up.
At 11:10 a.m., Officers responded to the 200 Block of Crestwood Circle for a Welfare Check. Officers found the recipient of the check to be in good order. All parties were advised of options with the court, should they wish to pursue that avenue.
At 1:15 p.m., Officers responded to the 500 Block of Hazel Avenue for an Assist Agency call. Homer Police Department assisted Alaska State Troopers in looking for a juvenile runaway.
At 2:47 p.m., Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Pioneer Avenue for a Trespass complaint. Officers contacted the subject in question and issued him a two-year trespass at the property owner’s request.
Criminal Cases Disposed
On April 15th, 2026, Paraskovia Pugulelria Jimmy, born 2/27/1999, was acquitted of Assault in the 4th Degree, as the case was dismissed by the Prosecution.
